I do think people should post both good AND bad experiences. I, indeed, have had a bunch of people complain about it and after being here so long, I've seen a lot of posts about it too. Each time the normal "we told you so" posts come out and eventually they find a bad TPS or perhaps a soaked PTU and the problem is resolved. That isn't to say that everyone has problems. On my prior 3 cars, I did that to each engine and it was fine and I'd do that to any daily driver I get as well. With the Z it is just a personal preferrence...just like many of us don't send our cars through automatic car washes (because of that JUST IN CASE scratch or JUST IN CASE ding), the same holds true for a treatment like this :) I think that if things are done correctly, steam only is used and important things are covered up, it'll be fine.
